摘要
本文从精密度、线性范围、抗干扰性、携带污染率情况等方面出发,评测了丹东市第一医院生化分析室RC-2080全自动分析生化仪的性能,选择ALT、TP、GLU、BUN、TCH作为代表项目进行分析,结果表明该仪器相关性良好,且精密度较高,携带污染率较低,适宜在医院开展检测。
This paper evaluated the performance of RC-2080 automatic biochemical analyzer in the biochemical analysis room of the First Hospital of Dandong,from the aspects of precision,linear range,anti-interference and carrying pollution rate,ALT,TP,GLU,BUN and TCH were selected as the representative items for analysis,the results showed that the instrument had good correlation,high precision and low contamination rate,and was suitable for detection in hospital.
