基于赫兹公式的活性粉末混凝土间隙球铰静摩擦因数计算研究

摘要 球铰静摩擦因数计算方法采用球铰上下截面完全接触的假设,这与许多实际情况不符。基于赫兹公式对传统计算方法进行有效接触面积修正,建立球铰上下接触面存在间隙时的静摩擦因数计算方法。与活性粉末混凝土间隙球铰工程案例相关数据进行对比,得到本文间隙球铰的修正面积法计算值与实测值误差为9.4%,证明该方法比传统方法精确度更高。 The calculation method of static friction coefficient of spherical joint adopts the assumption that the upper and lower sections of spherical joint are in complete contact,which is inconsistent with many actual situations.Based on Hertz formula,the effective contact area of the traditional calculation method was modified,and the calculation method of static friction coefficient with clearance between the upper and lower contact surfaces of spherical joint was established.Compared with the relevant data of the engineering case of reactive powder concrete spherical joint with clearance,the error between the calculated value of the modified area method and the measured value is 9.4%,which proves that this method is more accurate than the traditional method.
