摘要
中国特色社会主义话语体系诞生于改革开放新时期,对中国所处历史方位的认识与国际形势的判断是邓小平同志建构中国特色社会主义话语的生成语境。邓小平同志将中国特色社会主义话语的基本问题聚焦于“什么是社会主义,怎样建设社会主义”,不断创新对社会主义本质的解读,逐步形成了一系列关于发展的战略话语、中心话语、动力话语以及环境话语。邓小平同志从凝练中国特色社会主义话语主题、坚持以问题意识为导向、突出话语的人民性意蕴这三个方面出发,积极建构马克思主义中国化理论的政治话语、学术话语与大众话语,为新时代中国特色社会主义话语的建构提供了深刻的历史镜鉴。
The discourse system of socialism with Chinese characteristics was born in the new period of reform and opening up.The understanding of China's historical position and the judgment of the international situation were the generative context in which Deng Xiaoping constructs the discourse of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Deng Xiaoping focused the basic issues of the discourse of socialism with Chinese characteristics on"what is socialism and how to build socialism",constantly innovated the interpretation of the essence of socialism,and gradually formed a series of strategic discourse,central discourse,dynamic discourse and environmental discourse on development.Deng Xiaoping actively constructed the political discourse,academic discourse and mass discourse of the theory of Sinicization of Marxism from the following three aspects:condensing the theme of the discourse of socialism with Chinese characteristics,adhering to the guidance of problem consciousness,and highlighting the meaning of the people's nature of the discourse,which provides a profound historical mirror for the construction of the discourse of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
