摘要
刀尖跟随轨迹精度作为评价五轴联动数控机床RTCP功能重要的动态性能指标之一,直接影响零件加工精度。为了准确评价五轴机床动态性能,进行刀尖跟随轨迹测量方法的研究,在测量的基础上,建立测量误差模型,分析其测量误差影响因素,进行测量不确定度评定,并以一台商用转台加摆头式(RTTTR型)五轴联动数控机床为实验对象开展刀尖跟随轨迹精度动态测量试验,确定了各不确定度因素对测量结果的影响关系。试验结果表明,该方法可有效地评价五轴联动数控机床刀尖轨迹精度,并为提高测量精度提供方向指导意见。
As one of the important dynamic performance indexes to evaluate the RTCP function of five axis machine tools,the tool tip tracking accuracy directly affects the machining accuracy of parts.In order to accurately evaluate the dynamic performance of five axis machine tool,the measurement method of tool tip following trajectory is studied,The measurement error model is established,the influencing factors of measurement error are analyzed,and the measurement uncertainty is evaluated.The dynamic measurement test of tool tip tracking track accuracy is carried out with a commercial turntable and swing head type five axis machine tool as the experimental object,and the influence relationship of each uncertainty factor on the measurement result is determined.The experimental results show that the method can effectively evaluate the tool tip trajectory of five axis machine tool,and provide direction guidance for improving the measurement accuracy.
