摘要
湿地是陆地与水域之间过渡的生态系统,也是地球上陆地与水域相互作用形成的独特生态系统。湿地是一种重要的生态环境,并且是自然界各种生态景观中生物多样性最丰富的一种。湿地与其它系统相比,在调节径流、抵御洪水、控制污染、改善气候、维护区域生态平衡、美化环境等方面不可替代,湿地资源保护与合理利用已经成为各国普遍的共识。我国湿地可分成八个主要区域,主要结合东北地区的黑龙江东方红湿地国家级自然保护区(国际重要湿地)、黑龙江佳木斯沿江湿地自然保护区、黑龙江绰纳河国家级自然保护区项目的特点,针对湿地保护区工程所涉及的道路规划设计中的一些原则做法进行初步探讨,力求寻找发挥生态工程功能,遵循生态学和生态经济学原理因地制宜,提高道路工程建设成效的规划设计基本方法。
Wetland is a transitional ecosystem between land and water,and it is also a unique ecosystem formed by the interaction between land and water on the earth.Wetland is an important ecological environment,and it is one of the most biodiversity diverse of all the ecological landscapes in nature.Compared with other systems,wetlands are irreplaceable in terms of regulating runoff,resisting floods,controlling pollution,improving climate,maintaining regional ecological balance,and beautifying the environment,The protection and rational utilization of wetland resources has become a common consensus among all countries.China’s wetlands can be divided into eight main areas.Mainly combined with heilongjiang Dongfanghong Wetland National Nature Reserve(international Important Wetland)in northeast China,Jiamusi riverside Wetland Nature Reserve and chuona River National Nature Reserve projects in Northeast China.Follow the principles of ecology and economics and adjust measures to local conditions to find the basic methods of planning and design to improve the effectiveness of road engineering construction.
