摘要
笔者介绍了黄家湾面板堆石坝坝体填筑标准、填筑碾压参数及填筑施工质量控制情况。大坝填筑施工过程中,通过采用智能监控系统对大坝碾压参数进行实时监控,填筑碾压遍数合格率在90%以上;采用试坑灌水法对大坝颗粒级配、干密度、孔隙率及渗透系数等进行检测,各项检测结果满足设计要求。监测数据表明,坝体变形及总沉降量与同类坝型的相比均较小,坝体填筑质量控制取得良好成效,可供其他类似水利建设项目借鉴和参考。
The authors introduce the filling standard,filling rolling parameters and filling construction quality control of Huangjiawan rockfill dam with face slab.In the process of dam filling construction,the intelligent monitoring system is used to monitor the dam rolling parameters in real time,and the qualified rate of filling rolling times is more than 90%.The particle gradation,dry density,porosity and permeability coefficient of the dam were tested by the test pit irrigation method,and the test results met the design requirements.The monitoring data show that the deformation and total settlement of the dam are smaller than those of similar dam types,and the quality control of dam filling has achieved good results,which can be used as reference for other similar water conservancy construction projects.
