摘要
由于独立VQC装置和网络VQC系统无法将电网全渠道内数据规整传输,导致监控系统出现延迟,系统监控精准度较低,为了解决该问题,提出基于数据集成的电网全渠道一体化监控系统。根据监控系统结构组成,使RS485口连接计算机和报警设备,采用本地录像方式,使用多路TCP/IP协议设计站端系统,使用分合闸操控视频联动,在运维站支持下实时转发音视频数据。确定电网数据处理对象待评价物元,并对数据进行归一化处理,保证全部数据集成到统一数据传输信道内,避免监控过程出现延迟现象。由实验结果可知,该系统可将电网全渠道数据集中到信道内,呈规则性排列,监测结果精准,为监控系统在电力企业中的应用提供设备支持。
Because the independent VQC device and network VQC system can't transfer the data in all channels of the power grid,the monitoring system is delayed and the monitoring accuracy is low.In order to solve this problem,an integrated monitoring system based on data integration is proposed.According to the structure of the monitoring system,the RS485 port is connected with the computer and the alarm equipment.The local video recording mode is adopted.The multi⁃channel TCP/IP protocol is used to design the station end system.The opening and closing control video linkage is used,and the real⁃time transmission of video data is supported by the operation and maintenance station.Determine the matter⁃element to be evaluated and normalize the data to ensure that all data are integrated into the unified data transmission channel to avoid delay in the monitoring process.The experimental results show that the system can concentrate all channel data of the power grid into the channel,arranged regularly,and the monitoring results are accurate,providing equipment support for the application of the monitoring system in power enterprises.
