摘要
整机包容试验是大涵道比涡扇发动机取得适航证前1项关键的安全性试验。为了验证机匣对断裂风扇叶片碎片的包容能力,保证飞机的飞行安全,详细分析了大涵道比涡扇发动机整机包容试验方法,解读了不同国家整机包容试验要求,重点介绍了整机包容试验设备,对整机包容试验的关键技术难点——叶片飞脱的爆破方法进行阐述。同时,类比国外发动机成熟试验经验,分析试验转速与程序的确定方法,最后探讨了试验结果的评判标准,对开展航空发动机整机包容试验具有一定的指导意义。
Engine containment test is a key safety test before high bypass ratio turbofan engine gets airworthiness certificate.In order to verify the containment capacity of the casing to the broken fan blade fragments and ensure the flight safety of the aircraft,the engine con⁃tainment test method of the turbofan engine with large bypass ratio was analyzed in detail.This paper interpreted the requirements of the en⁃gine containment test in different countries,focused on the engine containment test facility,and expounded the key technical difficulty of the engine containment test-the blasting method of blade exploding out.At the same time,compared with the mature test experience of for⁃eign engine,the determination method of test speed and program was analyzed.Finally,the evaluation criteria of the test results were dis⁃cussed,which had a certain guiding significance for carrying out aeroengine containment test.
