摘要
炼油工程建设项目具有规模大、工期紧、任务重、工程质量技术要求高、施工难度大等特点,项目管理与控制尤为重要。文中基于某石化公司炼油厂的炼油项目建设,详细介绍了如何建立分级计划管理体系,加强项目控制,促进设计、采购、施工有效衔接,保证项目顺利实施的方法。
Refining engineering construction projects have the features of large scale,tight time limit,heavy task,high engineering quality and technical requirements,and difficult construction,project management and control are particularly important.This paper took a refinery project construction as example to introduce in detail how to establish the hierarchical plan management system,strengthen project control,and promote the effective linkage of engineering,procurement and construction to ensure the smooth implementation of the project.
