摘要
目的探讨分析并总结个性化护理措施在中药浴足治疗慢性肾小球肾炎中的护理价值。方法将在我院诊治的92例慢性肾小球肾炎的研究者随机分为两组,对照组采用常规护理措施,中药浴足组并给予个性化护理措施。对比临床疗效及相关指标。结果中药浴足组总有效率93.48%,明显高于对照组总有效率的69.57%(P<0.05);在24 h尿蛋白定量改善方面比较,中药浴足组明显优于对照组(P<0.01);在SDS、SAS评分方面比较,中药浴足组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论对慢性肾小球肾炎患者给予中药浴足治疗并实施个性化护理措施,能显著提高临床疗效,降低24 h尿蛋白定量水平。
Objective To analyze and summarize the nursing value of personalized nursing measures in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis with foot bath of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods Ninety-two cases of chronic glomerulonephritis in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing measures,and the foot bath group was given personalized nursing measures.The clinical efficacy and related indicators were compared.Results The total effective rate was 93.48%in the Chinese medicine foot bath group and 69.57%in the control group.The Chinese medicine foot bath group was better than the control group(P<0.05);compared with the quantitative improvement of 24 hour urinary protein,the foot bath group was significantly better than the contral group(P<0.01);Compared with the control group in SDS and SAS scores,the foot bath group was significantly better than the contral group(P<0.01).Conclusion For patients with chronic glomerulonephritis,Chinese medicine foot bath treatment and personalized nursing measures can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the level of 24 hour urinary protein,which is worthy of promotion.
