摘要
目的研究在冠心病合并高血压的临床治疗中中药治疗的价值效果。方法随机抽取我院在2018年2月至2019年2月期间接收的确诊患者有冠心病合并高血压疾病的98例患者作为本次研究观察目标,根据其治疗方式随机组成对照组(n=49,给予西药治疗)和试验组(n=49,给予中药治疗),比较两组患者经过两种治疗方式治疗后的疗效差异、心功能变化差异以及治疗满意度差异。结果疗效方面:对照组患者经过西药治疗之后,治疗有效人数共计40例,治疗有效率为81.63%,试验组患者经过西药治疗之后,治疗有效人数共计47例,治疗有效率为95.92%(P<0.05);心功能方面:对照组患者治疗后的心功能改善情况,要显著差于试验组患者(P<0.05);满意度方面:对照组患者治疗满意总人数共计39例,治疗总满意率为79.59%,试验组患者治疗满意总人数共计46例,治疗总满意率为93.88%(P<0.05)。结论中药在冠心病结合并高血压的临床治疗中,疗效良好,不仅有利于改善患者的心功能,还有利于提高患者的治疗满意度。
Objective To study the value of traditional Chinese medicine in the clinical treatment of coronary heart disease and hypertension.Methods A random selection of 98 patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the observation targets of this study,and a control group was randomly formed according to their treatment methods(n=49,western medicine treatment)and the experimental group(n=49,Chinese medicine treatment)were used to compare the differences in curative effect,changes in heart function,and satisfaction with treatment between the two groups of patients after the two treatments.Results In terms of curative effect:after the control group was treated with western medicine,there were a total of 40 effective patients,and the treatment effective rate was 81.63%.After the experimental group was treated with western medicine,there were 47 effective patients,and the treatment effective rate was 95.92%(P<0.05).In terms of cardiac function:the improvement in cardiac function of patients in the control group after treatment was significantly worse than that of the patients in the experimental group(P<0.05);in terms of satisfaction:there were 39 patients in the control group who were satisfied with the treatment,and the overall satisfaction rate was 79.59%,the total number of patients in the experimental group who were satisfied with the treatment was 46 cases,and the total treatment satisfaction rate was 93.88%(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of coronary heart disease combined with hypertension,Chinese traditional medicine has a good effect,which is not only beneficial to improve the patient's heart function,but also beneficial to improve the patient's treatment satisfaction.
