摘要
目的探讨快速康复外科措施在手术治疗口腔癌患者护理中的临床效果。方法选取我院2020年6月至2021年5月接收的76例口腔癌患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组、对照组,每组38例。对照组实施常规护理方法,观察组实施快速康复外科护理。观察比较两组患者胃管留置时间、输液时间以及住院时间。观察比较两组患者术后不良反应发生率,包括腹胀、呕吐、肺部感染等。观察比较两组患者护理前后心理状况变化,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)于护理前后进行评估,量表总分均为100分,得分越高,心理状况越差。观察比较两组患者护理满意度,采用我院自制护理满意度调查问卷在患者出院前进行评价,调查表总分100分,其中90分及以上为非常满意、75~89分为满意、60~74分为一般满意、0~59分为不满意。结果观察组胃管留置时间、输液时间及住院时间较对照组均明显较短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率7.89%较对照组18.42%明显较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前两组SAS、SDS对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后观察组SAS、SDS均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度89.47%较对照组78.95%明显较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论快速康复外科护理在手术治疗口腔癌患者的护理中,能够有效的缩短住院时间、输液时间及胃管置管时间,减少不良反应,提升患者的护理满意度。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical measures in the nursing of patients with oral cancer.Methods The 76 patients with oral cancer received in our hospital from June 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing methods,and the observation group implemented rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing.Observe and compare the gastric tube indwelling time,infusion time and hospitalization time between the two groups.Observe and compare the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions between the two groups of patients,including abdominal distension,vomiting,and lung infections.Observation and comparison of the changes in the psychological status of the two groups of patients before and after nursing,using the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)to evaluate before and after nursing,the total score of the scale was 100 points,the higher the score,the worse the psychological status.To observe and compare the two groups of patients'nursing satisfaction,use our hospital's self-made nursing satisfaction survey questionnaire to evaluate the patients before they are discharged.The questionnaire has a total score of 100 points,of which 90 points and above are very satisfied,75-89 points are satisfied,60-74 points are generally satisfied,and 0-59 points are dissatisfied.Results The gastric tube indwelling time,infusion time and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.89%compared with 18.42%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in SAS and SDS between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,SAS and SDS in the observation group w
