摘要
近年来,PDCA循环原理的应用及BIM技术的逐渐融入,为建筑施工安全管理提供了新思路。文章基于BIM技术,运用PDCA循环法,从危险源辨识、风险管控、安全检查、方法改进四阶段对施工项目安全管理进行全面分析,确保施工项目各环节风险整体可控,提升安全管理的精准性与全面性,最大限度保障施工安全。
In recent years,the application of PDCA cycle principle and the gradual integration of BIM technology provide a new idea for the construction safety management.Based on BIM technology,PDCA cycle method is used to comprehensively analyze the safety management of construction projects from the four stages of hazard identification,risk management and control,safety check and method improvement,so as to ensure the overall control of risks in all aspects of construction projects,improve the accuracy and comprehensiveness of safety management,and ensure the safety of construction to the maximum extent.
