摘要
冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称,冠心病)心肌缺血是一种多发于中老年人群体的疾病,随着社会人口老龄化程度加深,该病的发病率持续增长。当前,对于冠心病心肌缺血患者,采取立体心电图检测能够获得较为理想的诊断结果。为了提高该诊断方式的诊断效果,为后期治疗方案的制定提供可靠的诊断依据,文章特以立体心电图对冠心病心肌缺血诊断的临床研究进展为题进行了总结分析。
Myocardial ischemia of coronary heart disease(CHD)is a disease mostly occurring in the middle-aged and elderly population.Nowadays,with the aggravation of the aging of the social population,the incidence of CHD continues to increase.At present,for patients with coronary heart disease myocardial ischemia,adopting stereoelectrocardiogram can obtain more ideal diagnosis results.In order to improve the diagnostic effect of this method and provide reliable diagnostic basis for the later treatment,this paper summarizes and analyzes the progress of clinical research on the diagnosis of myocardial ischemia of coronary heart disease with the topic of stereoelectrocardiogram.
