摘要
黑水城汉文法律文献中有一批元代"也火汝足立嵬地土案卷"文书,是研究历史、法律、语言文字等的珍贵语料。因为此批文书残片较多、字迹漫漶不清,加之其中脱字、讹字、俗字、草体字、音借字、异体字等文字现象丰富,所在整理本在释录时难免会产生失误。文章通过覆核图版,运用文字学、文献学、语言学等学科的知识和方法,对整理本中的十四则释录失误之处进行校正。
There is a batch of "Ye huo ru zu li wei Land files" documents in the Chinese legal documents of Black Water City in the Yuan Dynasty,which are precious materials for studying history,law,language and so on.Because there are many fragments in this approval book,the handwriting is not clear,and there are many characters in it,such as disjointed characters,erroneous characters,vulgar characters,cursive characters,phonetic borrowed characters,variant characters,etc.so it is inevitable that mistakes will appear in the collation of the book.The paper attempts to proofread and correct 14 mistakes in the interpretation of the book by reviewing the plates and using the knowledge and methods in philology,philology,linguistics and other disciplines.
