宫腔镜处理宫内妊娠物残留的临床效果及对出血量的影响

摘要 目的:分析宫内妊娠物残留的患者中,应用宫腔镜治疗后的临床价值。方法:选取收治于2017年8月~2019年9月本院的78例宫内妊娠物残留的患者,将所有患者分为治疗组和常规组各39例。其中常规组接受超声监视下清宫术,治疗组接受宫腔镜手术。将两组治疗后的诸项指标进行对比。结果:相比于常规组,治疗组的手术用时明显短,术中出血量明显少(P<0.05);相比于常规组,治疗组的分泌中期内膜厚度明显厚,月经恢复时间明显短(P<0.05);治疗组的并发症发生率(5.13%)比常规组(20.51%)低(P<0.05)。结论:给予宫内妊娠物残留的患者宫腔镜下清除术,不仅安全性高,而且清除宫内组织的效率高、时间短,利于患者术后恢复。 Objective:To analyze the clinical value of hysteroscopy in patients with intrauterine pregnancy residues.Methods:78 patients with intrauterine pregnancy residues in our hospital from August 2017 to September 2019 were selected and divided into treatment group and routine group,with 39 cases in each group.Among them,the routine group received curettage under ultrasonic monitoring,while the treatment group received hysteroscopic surgery.The indexes of the two groups after treatment were compared.Results:Compared with the conventional group,the operation time and blood loss in the treatment group were significantly shorter(P<0.05).Compared with the conventional group,the intima thickness in the middle secretory phase of the treatment group was significantly thicker and the menstrual recovery time was significantly shorter(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the treatment group(5.13%)was lower than that in the routine group(20.51%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hysteroscopic removal of intrauterine pregnancy residues is not only safe,but also has high efficiency and short time to remove intrauterine tissue,which is beneficial to the postoperative recovery of patients.
