摘要
目的:分析探讨开环式微创痔吻合术对治疗混合痔的应用效果及对患者氧化应激、生活质量的影响。方法:将本院2017年5月~2019年3月诊治的280例混合痔患者作为此次观察对象,按随机的方式进行分组,分为研究组(n=140)和对照组(n=140)。对照组以传统手术外剥内扎进行治疗,研究组以开环式微创痔吻合术进行治疗,比较两组患者术后并发症发生率和氧化应激指标及生活质量评分。结果:研究组的手术、伤口恢复、住院时间相比对照组更低(P<0.05),术后并发症发生率更小(P<0.05),且研究组患者术后氧化应激指标及生活质量评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:开环式微创痔吻合术与传统手术相比,改善了患者的氧化应激和生活质量,应用效果更优。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of open-loop minimally invasive hemorrhoidectomy in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids and its influence on oxidative stress and quality of life of patients.Methods:280 patients with mixed hemorrhoids in our hospital from May 2017 to March 2019 were randomly divided into study group(n=140)and control group(n=140).The control group was treated with traditional surgery,and the study group was treated with open-loop minimally invasive hemorrhoidectomy.The incidence of postoperative complications,oxidative stress index and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the operation,wound recovery and hospitalization time of the study group were lower(P<0.05),the incidence of postoperative complications was lower(P<0.05),and the oxidative stress index and quality of life score of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the traditional operation,the open-loop minimally invasive hemorrhoidectomy can improve the oxidative stress and quality of life of patients,and the application effect is better,which is worthy of further promotion.
