摘要
针对煤矿传统探放水施工工艺,存在施工钻孔数量多,工人劳动强度大,作业周期长,施工盲目性大,探放水效率偏低等问题,为有效提高煤矿探放水作业效率,基于霍州煤电集团公司某矿探放水工程实践,分析了传统探放水工艺应用中存在的问题,通过技术研究,研究了定向钻探技术在该矿探放水中的应用,实际应用结果表明,应用定向钻探技术来进行煤矿探放水,与传统探放水施工相比,可减少钻孔45个,缩短钻孔作业长度3000m左右,提高探放水效率80%,可取得较好的应用效果。
In view of the problems of large number of drilling holes,high labor intensity,long operation cycle,blindness in construction and low efficiency of water exploration and drainage in coal mines,in order to effectively improve the efficiency of water exploration and drainage in coal mines,based on the practice of water exploration and drainage in a mine of Huozhou Coal and Electricity Group Company,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the application of traditional water exploration and drainage technology,and studies the application of directional drilling technology in water exploration and drainage in this mine through technical research.The practical application results show that compared with the traditional water exploration and drainage construction,directional drilling technology can reduce 45 drilling holes,shorten the drilling operation length by about 3,000 m,improve the water exploration and drainage efficiency by 80%,and achieve better application results.
