摘要
目的探讨不同胰岛素给药方法治疗糖尿病的疗效差异对比。方法选入我院2017年5月至2018年12月90例需要胰岛素强化治疗的糖尿病患者,数字表法分组,胰岛素皮下注射组使用胰岛素多次皮下注射(MDI),胰岛素泵治疗组采用美敦力712E胰岛素泵持续输注(CSII),两组均给予抗高糖药二甲双胍0.50 g每日3次口服及阿卡波糖50 mg每日3次口服。比较两组治疗效果。结果胰岛素泵治疗组血糖达标率、空腹血糖FBG、餐后2 hPBG以及糖化血红蛋白HbA1c、血糖控制达标的平均时间、糖尿病患者对胰岛素治疗的依从性评分、低血糖不良事件发生率方面相比胰岛素多次皮下注射组更有优势,P<0.05。结论糖尿病患者经胰岛素泵持续输注胰岛素治疗效果确切。
Objective To investigate the difference of therapeutic effect of different insulin administration on diabetes.Methods From May 2017 to December 2018,90 diabetic patients requiring intensive insulin therapy were selected into our hospital.They were grouped by digital table method.The insulin subcutaneous injection group received multiple subcutaneous injections of insulin(MDI),and the insulin pump treatment group received Medtronic 712E insulin.With continuous pump infusion(CSII),both groups were given the antihyperglycemic drug metformin 0.50 g orally 3 times a day and acarbose 50 mg orally 3 times a day.Compare the treatment effects of the two groups.Results In the insulin pump treatment group,the blood glucose compliance rate,fasting blood glucose FBG,postprandial 2 hPBG and glycosylated hemoglobin HbA1c,the average time for blood glucose control to reach the standard,the compliance score of diabetic patients to insulin therapy,and the incidence of hypoglycemia adverse events compared with insulin multiple subcutaneous The injection group had more advantages,P<0.05.Conclusion The treatment effect of continuous infusion of insulin via insulin pump in diabetic patients is accurate.
