锅炉烟气脱硫脱硝除尘一体化超低排放技术研究与实践 被引量:1

摘要 为加快生态文明社会建设进程,尽早实现工业可持续发展目标,需要在锅炉烟气脱硫脱硝除尘一体化系统基础上配合使用更为先进的超低排放技术。因此,提出锅炉低氧循环燃烧技术实际控制原理与锅炉控制改造方向、SNCR尿素法脱硝技术、脱硫脱硝一体化技术、深度除尘工艺技术在超低排放过程中涉及到的原理、设备、技术、流程,有效解决烟气脱硫脱硝除尘一体化排放量高问题。 In order to speed up the construction of an ecologically civilized society and realize the goal of sustainable industrial development as soon as possible,it is necessary to use more advanced ultra-low emission technology on the basis of the integrated boiler flue gas desulfurization,denitrification and dust removal system to ensure high-quality and efficient operation of the boiler.Under the premise,control the discharge of various pollutants and improve the utilization rate of pollutant disposal costs.Based on this,this paper conducts application research on the low-oxygen cycle combustion technology,SNCR urea denitrification technology,integrated desulfurization and denitrification technology and deep dust removal technology in the integrated ultra-low emission technology of boiler flue gas desulfurization,denitrification and dust removal for reference.
