误差补偿电抗器补偿原理分析及设计验证 被引量:2

摘要 误差补偿用电抗器主要用于对供电型电磁式电压互感器负载误差的调节,由于误差补偿用电抗器的阻抗值需要与供电型电磁式电压互感器的一、二次漏阻抗值匹配,要求其具有较高的品质因数(Q值)。本文介绍了供电型电压互感器误差补偿原理,分析了不同气隙下铁心电抗器交流电阻值的产生机理,并建立测试系统,对不同气隙长度下的铁心磁滞回线以及其对应的电感值及交流电阻值进行测试,掌握了铁心电抗器技术参数与气隙关系,并采用带气隙铁心电抗器对一台110 kV 60 kVA供电型电压互感器进行补偿。试验结果表明:铁心电抗器的磁路气隙越长,其磁导率越小,相应的交流电阻值和电感值越小,但由于铁心越不容易饱和,具有稳定阻抗值的工作电流动态范围越大。本文采用带气隙铁心电抗器对供电型电压互感器进行误差补偿,补偿结果表明,其误差能够满足0.2级误差限值要求。 Reactor for error compensation is mainly used for load error adjustment of power type voltage transformer.Since the reactance of reactor for error compensation needs matching the primary and secondary leakage impedance of power type electromagnetic voltage transformer,therefore it is required to have high quality factor(Q value).In this paper,the error compensation principle of the power voltage transformer is introduced,the generation mechanism of AC resistance of the iron core reactor at different air gap is analyzed and the test system is set up to test the hysteresis loop of the iron core at different air gap length and its corresponding inductance value and AC resistance.To master the relationship between the technical parameters of the iron core reactor and the air gapand adopt the iron core reactor with air gap for the compensation of one set of 110 kV 60 kVA power voltage transformer.It is shown by the test result that the longer the air gap of the magnetic circuit is,the smaller the permeability and the smaller the corresponding AC resistance and inductance are.However,the more difficult the core is to saturate,the larger the dynamic range of the working current with stable impedance is.The adoption of air gap core reactor is used to compensate the error of power voltage transformer.The compensation results show that the error can meet the requirement of 0.2 grade error limit.
