摘要
文章概述了抗击新冠肺炎疫情中医科图书馆信息服务工作,初步统计了各类服务工作的分布情况,并与SARS疫情期间公共图书馆及高校、医院、部队图书馆的信息服务进行对比,指出医科图书馆在抗击新冠肺炎疫情中信息服务的特色和亮点及不足和问题,提出强化主动服务意识,树立开放意识、担当社会责任,精准掌握读者和社会的信息服务需求,整合资源聚合平台统一发布,充分利用现代信息技术,加强对图书馆服务工作的宣传6个方面的改进方向。
This paper summarizes the information service work of medical libraries in the fight against the COVID-19 epidemic,and preliminarily counts the distribution of all kinds of service work.By comparing with the information services of public libraries,universities,hospitals and military libraries during the SARS epidemic,this paper points out the characteristics,highlights,shortcomings and problems of the information services of medical libraries in the fight against COVID-19 epidemic.This paper puts forward the improvement direction from six aspects:strengthening the consciousness of active service,establishing the consciousness of openness,taking on social responsibility,accurately grasping the information service demand of readers and society,integrating the unified release of resource aggregation platform,making full use of modern information technology,and strengthening the propaganda of library service work.
