摘要
运用虚拟民族志研究方法,对两个学术期刊微信作者群中的青年学者参与行为进行考察后发现,青年学者对作者群的参与受“保持温度”和“学术互助”两种逻辑的指引,保持温度主要是为了满足人际整合和情感需要,而学术互助则主要满足认知需要。在这两种逻辑的指引下,青年学者表现出以下参与特征:在参与方式上,参与频率适中,以扮演话题响应者角色为主,几乎全部运用表达正面情感的语言和符号;在话题兴趣上,最为关注与论文发表密切相关的选题、转载等信息,并对期刊选稿、作者投稿经验等内容分享较为期待。未来可以从加强学术期刊与青年作者的需求对接、营造健康平等的互动氛围、将线上互动与线下互动相结合等方面进一步优化微信作者群建设,促进学术期刊发展和青年学者成长之间实现良性互动。
With the method of virtual ethnography and depth interview,this paper explores the features and logic of young scholars’participation in WeChat groups for authors of academic journals,so as to provide some suggestions to optimize the functions of WeChat groups and promote the constructive interactions between academic journals and young authors.It has been found that being warm and academically helpful are the two major reasons for young scholars to join in WeChat groups.Being warm is mainly to meet the demand of interpersonal integration and emotional support,while being academically helpful is to satisfy the cognitive needs.With the two kinds of action logic,young scholars clearly demonstrate some characteristics when taking part in WeChat groups.In terms of the ways to get involved,young scholars usually keep a moderate participation frequency and play the role of topic responder.Meanwhile,they tend to choose positive language and signs.As for the topic interest,young scholars pay great attention to information that is closely related to paper publication,and they are looking forward to the content sharing about manuscripts selecting and paper contribution experience.In the future,the construction of WeChat groups for authors can be optimized through bridging the need of academic journals and young authors,combing online and offline interactions,and creating healthy and equal communication atmosphere.
