农业病虫气象服务技术培训探讨

摘要 针对农业病虫气象服务技术培训需求进行分析,根据培训目标、培训内容、培训方式,阐述了讲授式、研究式、案例式及体验式4种培训方式的特点、功能和局限性等。特别是迁飞性害虫迁飞降落与锋面天气的关系,采用天气学、数值预报产品及统计学方法预测农业病虫发生程度、发生量、发生时期及最佳防治期,主要病虫发生气象指标及人工气候箱和自然天气条件下生长规律,以及定量评估病虫发生程度的蒙特卡罗方法和绿色气象防控技术的推广应用等;列举了农业病虫气象服务技术在农业病虫防治中的作用,并指出了培训中存在的问题,提出了相应的对策,以供借鉴。 This paper analyzes the requirements,characteristics and related problems of agricultural diseases and insects meteorological service technical training.According to the training objectives,contents and methods,this paper expounds the characteristics,functions and limitations of four kinds of training methods:lecture,research,case and experience.Especially for extension and application of green weather prevention and control technology.Such as,the prediction of migration and landing of migratory pests,the prediction of agricultural diseases and insects occurrence grade,quantity,period and optimal control period by meteorology,numerical forecast products and statistical methods,the meteorological index of main diseases and insects and the growth rule under artificial climate box and natural weather conditions,quantitative evaluation of diseases and insects occurrence by Monte Carlo method.The paper lists the function of meteorological service technology in the prevention and control of agricultural diseases and insects,points out the problems existing in the training,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures for reference.
