摘要
选用BES-6160、BES-6180、Na2S、FeSO4和多硫化钙S药剂五种稳定剂对飞灰进行稳定化处理,考察了五种药剂对Cr(Ⅵ)的稳定化效果,遴选出BES-6160作为处理Cr(Ⅵ)的最佳药剂。结果表明,BES-6160处理Cr(Ⅵ)效果显著,且在投加摩尔比为8.0时,Cr(Ⅵ)稳定化效果最佳,浸出液Cr(Ⅵ)质量浓度由初始31.98 mg/L降到0.31 mg/L,低于《生活垃圾填埋场污染控制标准》(GB16889—2008)标准限值(1.50 mg/L),稳定化率达到98%以上,使用范围较广,为后续飞灰Cr(Ⅵ)处置提供基础。
Five stabilizers,BES-6160,BES-6180,Na2S,FeSO4 and Calcium Polysulfide-S were selected to stabilize the MSW fly ash.The stabilization effect of the five stabilizers on Cr(VI)was investigated,and BES-6160 was selected as the best stabilizer to treat Cr(VI).The results showed that BES-6160 had significant effect on Cr(VI)treatment,and the best Cr(VI)stabilization effect was obtained when the molar ratio of BES-6160 was 8.0.The Cr(VI)mass concentration in leaching solution decreased from initial 31.98 mg/L to 0.31 mg/L,which was lower than the standard limit(1.50 mg/L)of“Pollution Control Standard for Municipal Solid Waste Landfill”(GB 16889—2008),and the stabilization ratio reached more than 98%,which provided a basis for the subsequent disposal of Cr(VI)in fly ash.
