摘要
类风湿关节炎患者常伴随衰弱,衰弱与患者骨折风险增加、疾病加重和身体功能下降等密切相关。本文对类风湿关节炎患者衰弱的发病机制、影响因素、不良健康结局、主要测评工具和干预方法进行综述,旨在为早期识别患者的衰弱和实施干预提供参考依据。
Patients with rheumatoid arthritis are often accompanied by frailty,which is closely related to the increased risk of fractures,aggravation of the disease,and decline in physical function.This article reviews the pathogenesis,influencing factors,adverse health outcomes,main assessment tools,and intervention methods of frailty in patients with rheumatoid arthritis,aiming to provide a reference for early identification and intervention of frailty among these patients.
