摘要
当代女性担任着照顾家庭和社会工作的双重职责,女性在获得同男性越来越平等地位的同时,也感到了前所未有的压力。该文从女性的心理、生理和社会环境来分析女性面临的新挑战,又从教育的普及和教育的性别平等、科技和第三产业的发展、男女平等思想的渗入3个方面来阐述女性迎来的新机遇,进而从女性自身和国家政策层面提出了两点缓解当代职业女性家庭与工作冲突的建议。
Contemporary women are responsible for taking care of their families and social work.While women are getting more and more equal status with men,they also feel unprecedented pressure.This paper analyzes the new challenges faced by women from their psychological,physiological and social environment.It also expounds the new opportunities for women from three aspects:the popularization of education and gender equality in education,the development of science and technology and the tertiary industry,and the inf iltration of the idea of gender equality.Then,from the perspective of women themselves and national policies,this paper puts forward two suggestions to alleviate the conflict between family and work of contemporary professional women.
