摘要
当前社会经济的发展与进步,给传统人才培养模式带来了较大冲击,这意味着各大高校在人才培养的过程中,不仅要增强教学基础设施的建设,更需要加强应用型人才的实践技能培训,而只有创新人才培养模式,提高人才培养质量,才能为社会的发展提供所需的新兴人才。因此,该文重点探究了如何创新数学与应用数学人才培养模式,以求更好地发展高校数学与应用数学人才。
The current social and economic development and progress have brought great impact to the traditional talent training mode,which means that universities should not only strengthen the teaching infrastructure construction,but also strengthen the practical skills training of applied talents in the process of talent training.Only by innovating the talent training mode and improving the quality of talent training can they provide new talents for the development of society.Therefore,this paper focuses on how to innovate the training mode of mathematics and applied mathematics talents,in order to better develop college mathematics and applied mathematics talents.
