摘要
科技创新需要大量的资金支持,而广大科技企业往往轻资产较多,有实力的大型企业尚难融资,大量初创、中小型科技企业更是面临融资无路的困境.自2008年以来,我国知识产权质押及转让融资模式经历了两轮试点,首先对各个试点城市的政策及风险分担模式进行比较,然后以现有模式为条件进行数据化分析,指出其存在的不足之处,最后提出有针对性的知识产权质押融资风险分担体系构建策略.
Scientific and technological innovation needs a lot of financia l support,while most of the scientific and technological enterprises tend to light their assets more,large-scale enterprises with strength are still difficult to finance,a large number of start-ups,small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises are facing the dilemma of no way to finance.Since 2008,China's intellectual property pledge and transfer financing model has experienced two rounds of pilot projects.we compare the policies and risk sharing models of each pilot city,and then make a data analysis based on the existing model,pointing out its shortcomings,and finally put forward targeted intellectual property rights The construction strategy of risk sharing system of pledge financing.
