摘要
目的:分析TOMATIS听觉-运动训练对动脉瘤性蛛网膜下隙出血病人运动功能及认知功能的影响。方法:选取医院2018年1月—2020年5月收治的动脉瘤性蛛网膜下隙出血病人74例,根据随机数字表法分为两组,对照组37例接受常规干预,研究组37例在常规干预基础上接受TOMATIS听觉-运动训练。干预4周后,比较两组病人运动功能以及认知功能变化情况。结果:干预4周后,研究组简式Fugl-Meyer运动功能(FMA)评分、洛文斯顿作业疗法认知成套测试(LOTCA)和简易智能检查量表(MMSE)评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在常规干预基础上给予TOMATIS听觉-运动训练,可改善动脉瘤性蛛网膜下隙出血病人运动功能及认知功能和负性情绪。
Objective:To analyze the influence of TOMATIS auditory motor training on motor function and cognitive function of patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage.Methods:Totally 74 patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage in our hospital from January 2018 to May 2020,were selected and randomly dividing into two groups.There were 37 cases in the control group,receiving routine intervention,37 cases in the study group receiving TOMATIS auditory motor training on the basis of routine intervention.After 4 weeks of intervention,the changes of motor function and cognitive function were compared between the two groups.Results:After 4 weeks of intervention,the scores of FMA,LOTCA and MMSE in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the scores of HAMD and HAMA in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of routine intervention,TOMATIS auditory motor training can improve the motor function,cognitive function and negative emotion of patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage.
