摘要
我国残疾人高山滑雪运动项目起步较晚,相关研究还处于初级阶段。通过对我国残疾人高山滑雪运动员运动损伤的研究,了解运动员出现运动损伤的现状,探究运动损伤特点,为有效预防运动损伤提供理论依据。残疾人高山滑雪运动员由于特殊的生理、心理等因素,在高强度的训练和竞赛中极易出现运动性损伤,并具有明显的部位特征。提出加强运动员对一般急救措施的掌握,提升教练员科学训练的能力,做好特殊器材的后勤保障等措施,积极预防运动性损伤,保障训练的延续性。
China's disabled alpine skiing started late,and the related research is still in the primary stage.Through the research on the sports injury of disabled alpine skiing athletes in China,we can understand the current situation of sports injury of athletes,explore the characteristics of sports injury,and provide theoretical basis for effective prevention of sports injury.Because of the special physiological and psychological factors,disabled alpine skiers are prone to sports injury in high-intensity training and competition,and have obvious characteristics of location.This study proposes to strengthen the grasp of athletes*general first aid measures,improve the coaches'ability of scientific training,and do a good job in logistics support of special equipment,so as to actively prevent sports injuries and ensure the continuity of training.
