优质粮饲兼用裸燕麦新品种坝莜18号选育 被引量:5

Breeding of A New Grain-Forage Variety of Naked Oat‘Bayou 18’with High Quality

摘要 采用种间远缘杂交与品种间杂交相结合的渐渗式杂交育种技术,先后以野生燕麦草(皮燕麦)、裸燕麦品种冀张莜4号、裸燕麦品种坝莜9号为亲本开展杂交选育,培育出优质粮饲兼用型裸燕麦新品种———坝莜18号。坝莜18号2014年在河北康保平均籽粒产量6565.65kg/hm^(2)(创世界裸燕麦高产纪录),2015年在河北张北、崇礼平均籽粒产量为5494.95kg/hm^(2)、4547.85kg/hm^(2);籽粒β-葡聚糖含量(干基)为5.31%;开花期青干草蛋白质含量(干基)16.25%,WSC含量(干基)4.14%;对燕麦坚黑穗病免疫,中抗红叶病,抗倒伏性较强;生育期105d左右,株高100~140cm,穗长16.8~26.4cm,穗粒数49.6~112.6个,穗粒重1.4~2.8g,千粒重26.3~30.1g;在河北坝上高寒区及同类型生态区均可种植。 The introgressive hybrid breeding technology combining interspecific distant hybridization and interspecific hybridization was used to carry out hybrid breeding with hulled oat variety‘wild oat grass’,naked oat varieties‘Jizhangyou 4’and‘Bayou 9’as parents,and a new high quality naked oat variety‘Bayou 18’for both food and forage was bred.The field evaluation showed that the average grain yield was 6565.65kg/hm^(2) in 2014(a world record for the highest yield of naked oats),and in 2015,the average grain yield in Zhangbei and Chongli,Hebei Province was 5494.95kg/hm^(2) and 4547.85kg/hm^(2),respectively,the content of grainβ-glucan(dry basis)was 5.31%.At flowering stage,the protein content of green hay during flowering period(dry basis)was 16.25%,and the content of WSC(dry basis)was 4.14%.Bayou 18 was immune to oat heat smut,moderately resistant to red leaf disease and strong resistance to lodging.The growth period was about 105 days,the plant height was 100~140cm,the ear length was 16.8~26.4cm,the number of grains per ear was 49.6~112.6,the grain weight per ear was 1.4~2.8g,and the 1000-grain weight was 26.3~30.1g.It can be planted in Bashang alpine area of Hebei province and the same type of ecological area in other provinces.
