摘要
针对某大型粉煤气化装置存在粗合成气带灰,导致变换脱毒槽积灰严重,压差上涨过快无法长周期运行的问题,分析变换脱毒槽积灰的原因,通过对气化洗涤塔、变换脱毒槽结构改造、工艺调整优化,较好的解决了变换脱毒槽积灰严重的问题,从而实现装置安、稳、长、满、优运行。
The ash existed in raw syngas from the pulverized coal gasification plant leads to serious ash accumulation in CO shift detoxification tank,rapid growth of pressure differential,and shortening of operation cycle.To solve the problem of ash accumulation,we analyzed the reasons,reformed the structure of scrubber and the detoxification tank,and optimized the process,therefore achieving the steady operation of the plant.
