摘要 为了解决采用传统大直径高位钻孔3次成孔工序复杂、施工效率低、钻机满负荷运行等问题,基于ZYL-25000D型大功率成套钻机具,对超大孔径(∅300 mm)高位定向抽采钻孔成孔工艺进行了探索,并在成庄矿进行了试验。试验结果表明:经钻进工艺优化后,采用ZYL-25000D型钻机成功实现了∅300 mm高位钻孔2次成孔,成孔深度达到500 m以上,钻孔工效提升达30%,单孔抽采效率提升1.7倍以上。 In order to solve problems of traditional large diameter high-level borehole,such as the complex three times drilling procedures,low construction efficiency and full load operation of the drilling machine,the ZYL-25000D high power drilling equipment developed used to solve the problems of super large bore diameter(∅300 mm).The drilling technology of high-level directional extraction drilling is explored and tested in Chengzhuang Mine.The test results show that ZYL-25000D drilling machine has been successfully realized through the optimization of drilling technology∅300 mm.The secondary drilling of high-level drilling with a depth of more than 500 m,the drilling efficiency increased by 30%,and the single hole extraction efficiency was increased by more than 1.7 times.
