摘要
根据河南省南水北调受水区周口供水配套工程西区水厂支线向二水厂供水工程现场施工条件,沉井下沉采用不排水施工方法进行施工,这使沉井能均匀垂直下沉。沉井下沉过程中会出现下沉过快、过慢及瞬间突沉、偏移或扭位,下沉过程中也可能影响周边建筑物的下沉。沉井在下沉过程中如井壁外侧土体发生塌陷,应及时采取回填措施,以减少下沉时对四周土体开裂、塌陷对周围环境的影响。沉降过程中,每8 h至少观测2次,当沉降速度较快时,应加强观测,如发现偏斜、位移时,应及时纠正。纠偏主要采取在井壁顶部加载、沉陷侧外壁填土等方法进行纠偏。针对下沉过程中可能出现的不同状况提出了预防措施和治理方法。
According to the site construction conditions of the water supply project from the west water plant branch to the second water plant of Zhoukou water supply supporting project in the receiving area of South-to-North Water Diversion in Henan Province. The sinking of caisson is carried out by non drainage construction method,which makes the caisson sinking evenly and vertically. During sinking,the sinking will occur too fast,too slow,and sudden sinking,offset or twist position. The sinking process may cause the settlement of surrounding buildings. In case of collapse of soil outside the shaft wall during sinking,backfill measures shall be taken in time to reduce the impact of soil cracking and collapse on surrounding environment. During the settlement process,observation shall be conducted at least twice every 8 hours. When the settlement speed is fast,the observation shall be strengthened. If deflection and displacement are found,timely correction shall be made. The rectification mainly adopts the methods of loading at the top of the shaft wall and filling the outer wall of the subsidence side. The paper puts forward preventive measures and treatment methods for different situations that may occur during the sinking process.
