摘要
生态护岸既满足了河岸加固、防洪安全,又有利于生态环境修复的功效。湖雷镇上湖溪小流域水由于水土流失,大量径流和泥沙冲入河道,淤塞河道、水库、渠道,造成河床抬高,影响水利设施效益的发挥。文章介绍了生态护岸的技术和作用,及生态护岸的设计和技术措施,以湖雷镇上湖溪小流域水土流失综合治理中的生态护岸工程为例,项目实施后有效遏制人为造成的新增水土流失,使流域内水土流失得到有效控制,改善周边生态环境,为河道护岸进行生态化建设和改造,实现小流域安全生态水系可持续发展提供依据。
Ecological revetment not only meets the requirements of strengthening river banks and flood control safety,but also has the effect of protecting and restoring the ecological environment. Due to soil erosion in the small watershed of lake creek in Hulei Town,a large amount of runoff and sediment rushed into the river,blocking the river,reservoir,and channel,causing the river bed to rise,and affecting the efficiency of water conservancy facilities. This paper introduces the technology and function of ecological revetment,as well as the design and technical measures of ecological revetment. Take the ecological revetment project in the comprehensive management of water and soil erosion in the small watershed of lake creek in Hulei Town as an example. After the implementation of the project,the new water and soil loss caused by human being can be effectively controlled,the surrounding ecological environment can be improved,and a basis for ecological construction and transformation of river bank revetments to realize the sustainable development of safe ecological water systems in small watersheds can be provided.
