摘要
为提高特殊医学用途全营养配方食品的混合工艺的混合均匀度,采取正交试验法优化混合工艺参数。选择投料方式、混合时间、转动频率、装载系数为考察因素,以同一批次样品中微量营养素铜及锰含量的相对标准偏差来反映产品的混合均匀度,采用L_(9)(3^(4))正交试验法优选特殊医学用途全营养配方食品的最佳混合工艺。最佳混合工艺:先加入大部分主料,再加入经预混的微量配料,装载系数50%,混合频率50 Hz,混合时间30 min。采用正交试验法优选得到的特殊医学用途全营养配方食品混合工艺具有可行性和可靠性,可用于实际操作。
In order to improve the mixing uniformity of the mixing process of nutritionally complete formula of FSMP, an orthogonal test method was adopted to optimize the mixing process parameters. Select the feeding method, mixing time, rotation frequency and loading factor as the investigation factors, use the relative standard deviation of the micronutrient copper and manganese content in the same batch of samples to reflect the mixing uniformity of the product, and use the L_(9)(3^(4)) orthogonal test method to optimize the best mixing process for nutritionally complete formula of FSMP. The best mixing process was adding most of the main ingredients first, then adding the pre-mixed micro ingredients, the loading factor 50%, the mixing frequency 50 Hz, and the mixing time 30 min. The mixing process of nutritionally complete formula of FSMP optimized by the orthogonal test method was feasible and reliable, and could be used in actual operation.
