摘要
辐射监测系统作为核电站执行辐射安全监督不可或缺的硬件部分,在各电站都发挥了举足轻重的作用。仪表运行初期容易产生误报警信号,因仪表测量报警信号参与相关工艺系统的联锁,误报警信号将影响正常工艺系统的可靠运行。本文以某核电站高量程惰性气体监测仪、液体活度监测仪等仪表为例,对可能造成误报警信号的原因进行分析和现场验证,通过调整报警阈值、测量腔室反冲洗、提高在线谱仪监测性能等方法,解决了仪表测量导致的误报警问题,显著提高了在线监测效率,也有效提高了设备和系统的可用率,同时减少了人员受维修工作而污染的风险和额外的人力工时。
Radiation monitoring system,as an indispensable hardware part of radiation safety supervision in nu⁃clear power plants,plays an important role in every power station.False alarm signals are easy to occur in the early stage of operation of the instrument.Because the measurement alarm signals of the instrument participate in the interlocking of relevant process systems,the false alarm signals will affect the reliable operation of the normal process system.High-level inert gas monitor based on a plant,such as liquid activity monitor instru⁃ment as an example,the analysis of the possible causes of false alarm signals and field verification,by adjust⁃ing the alarm threshold,measuring chamber backwash,improve the ray spectrometer methods of monitoring performance,solve the problem of false alarm caused by instrument measurement,significantly improve the effi⁃ciency of the online monitoring,It also effectively improves the availability of equipment and systems,while re⁃ducing the risk of personnel contamination from maintenance work and additional man-hours.
