摘要
20世纪80年代以来群众体育在我国蓬勃发展,越拉越多的人开始关注健身问题,因此体育人口的增加使体育活动的形式、内容也丰富起来,体育消费的方式和结构也发生了转变。体育消费是反映一个地区经济和体育发展的措施,它在大众体育的普及和国家素质的提高方面发挥着积极作用。该文以包头大众体育为切入点,详细描述包头市如何适应城市的经济社会发展,以及不断满足居民体育运动的需要。
Since the 1980s,mass sports have been developing vigorously in China,and more and more people have begun to pay attention to the problem of fitness.Therefore,the increase of sports population has enriched the form and content of sports activities,and the mode and structure of sports consumption have also changed.Sports consumption is a measure to reflect the economic and sports development of a region.It plays an active role in the popularization of mass sports and the improvement of national quality.Taking Baotou mass sports as the breakthrough point,this paper describes in detail how Baotou City adapts to the economic and social development of the city and constantly meets the needs of residents'sports.
