摘要
目的探讨TRAIL与急性白血病的关联性。方法收集85例AL患者,同期选择体检者80例为对照组。采用测序法及PCR-RFLP法分析两组TRAIL基因第五外显子3'-UTR区1525G/A、1588G/A、1595C/T多态性;采用ELISA检测血清sTRAIL浓度。结果AL组与对照组TRAIL基因1525(G/A)、1588(G/A)、1595(C/T)基因型及等位基因分布不一致(χ^(2)=6.504,6.739;P<0.05);AL组血清sTRAIL浓度明显高于对照组(t=2.86,P<0.01)。结论TRAIL基因(1525G/A、1588G/A及1595C/T)多态性及血清sTRAIL水平与AL的发生有相关性。
Objective To explore the relationship between TRAIL and acute leukemia.Methods A total of 85 patients with AL were collected.At the same time,80 patients were selected as the control group.Sequencing and PCR-RFLP methods were used to analyze the 1525G/A,1588G/A,and 1595C/T polymorphisms in the fifth exon 3'-UTR region of the two groups of TRAIL genes.The serum sTRAIL concentration was detected by ELISA.Results In the AL group and the control group,TRAIL gene 1525(G/A),1588(G/A),1595(C/T)genotypes and allele distributions were inconsistent(χ^(2)=6.504,6.739;P<0.05).In,AL group,the serum sTRAIL concentration was significantly higher than that of the control group(t=2.86,P<0.01).Conclusion TRAIL gene(1525G/A,1588G/A and 1595C/T)polymorphisms and serum sTRAIL levels are correlated with the occurrence of AL.
