摘要
数字命运共同体是网络空间命运共同体的延伸,是数字全球化时代人类命运共同体理念的体现。数字命运共同体继承了人类命运共同体的核心理念,丰富了人类命运共同体的理论内涵。面对复杂的全球治理格局,构建数字命运共同体有助于充分发挥数字经济优势,缩小国际数字鸿沟,破解数字霸权困境。数字命运共同体的建构需要深化网络人文交流,促进民心相通;需要完善国际数字规则体系,保障网络安全;需要增强数字综合实力,弥合数字鸿沟,从而营造"开放、安全、健康"的数字生态环境。
The community with shared digital destiny is an extension of the community of shared future in cyberspace and an embodiment of a community of shared future for mankind in the era of digital globalization.The community of shared digital destiny inherits the core concept of a community with shared future for mankind and enriches its connotation.In the face of complex global governance pattern,building a community with shared digital destiny will help give full play to the advantages of the digital economy,narrow the international digital divide,and solve the dilemma of digital hegemony.To build a community with shared digital destiny,we need to deepen the network cultural exchanges to promote people-to-people communication;improve the digital rule system to ensure network security;enhance the digital comprehensive strength to bridge the digital gap,so as to create an“open,safe,and healthy”digital ecological environment.
