摘要
目的探讨基于CT数据利用Mimics和Geomagic计算机软件建立下呼吸道三维模型。方法将健康人胸部CT断层图像导入Mimics计算机软件,生成原始的三维模型;再利用Geomagic软件经过点阶段和多边形阶段,转换成三维数字模型,重建出下呼吸道的三维实体模型。结果建立的下呼吸道三维模型真实地反映了解剖结构,精确度高,仿真性好。结论该模型可用于支气管疾病症状的分析和颗粒物沉积的数值计算。
Objective To explore the use of Mimics and Geomagic software to build a three-dimensional model of the lower respiratory tract based on CT data.Methods The CT images of normal human chest were imported into mimics to generate the original three-dimensional model,and then the 3D solid model of lower respiratory tract was reconstructed by Geomagic software through point stage and polygon stage.Results The established model could reflect the anatomical structure truly with high accuracy and good simulation.Conclusion The model can be used for the analysis of bronchial disease symptoms and the numerical calculation of particulate matter deposition.
