摘要
首先给出OBE理念及将其运用到金融工程专业教学质量保障体系的必要性,并指出新兴信息技术背景下目前地方应用型高校金融工程专业教学质量保障体系中存在的问题,如专业人才培养的供需结构性矛盾、对专业内涵式发展注重不够、质量监控信息的未能有效利用等,然后基于OBE理念构建了包括多层复合型教学目标系统、教学质量监测与评价系统、运行管理系统和质量反馈与改进系统四个子系统的金融工程专业教学质量保障体系,旨在促进金融工程专业教学质量不断提升。
Firstly,the concept of OBE idea and the necessities of applying it to financial engineering teaching quality guarantee system are given,and under the background of emerging information technology,the existing problems in the teaching quality assurance system of financial engineering major in local application-oriented universities are pointed out,such as the structural contradiction between supply and demand of professional personnel training,the insufficient attention to the professional connotative development,the ineffective use of quality control information,etc.Then,based on the idea of OBE,a teaching quality assurance system for financial engineering specialty is constructed,consisting of four subsystems,namely,multi-layer compound teaching objective system,monitoring and evaluation system of teaching quality,operation management system and quality feedback and improvement system,in order to promote the continuous improvement of the teaching quality of financial engineering specialty.
