工况参数对螺旋槽机械密封液膜空化特性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为了合理选择各因素以实现对液膜空化的有效控制,以螺旋槽机械密封为研究对象,采用流线迎风有限元法求解满足质量守恒JFO边界条件的控制方程,分析工况参数对液膜空化特性的影响。结果表明:介质黏度、平衡半径和弹簧力减小时,迎流侧压力降低,背流侧压力提升,液膜空化率降低,空化临界转速与临界压力变化趋势相反;介质黏度和弹簧力越小,空化率随转速的变化曲线越平缓,随内径压力的变化速率越小;平衡半径越小,空化率随转速的变化曲线越平缓,随内径压力的变化速率越大。 In order to select the various factors reasonably to control liquid film cavitation effectively,taking the spiral groove mechanical seal as the research object,the governing equation was solved based on the mass conservation JFO boundary condition by the streamline upwind finite element method.The influence of working condition parameters on liquid film cavitation characteristics was analyzed.The results indicate that with the decreasing of medium viscosity,balance radius and spring force,the pressure on windward side decreases,the pressure on leeward side increases,the liquid film cavitation rate is decreased,and the changing trend of critical speed of cavitation is opposite to critical pressure.With the decreasing of medium viscosity and spring force,the changing trends of cavitation rate with rotating speed and inner pressure are both decreased.With the decreasing of balance radius,the increasing trend of cavitation rate with rotating speed decreases and the changing trend of cavitation rate with inner pressure increases.
