摘要
中国共产党自成立以来就肩负实现中华民族伟大复兴的历史使命,不仅改变了中华民族近代以来被动挨打的悲惨命运,而且带领中国人民经过艰苦卓绝的抗争和奋斗,不断走向辉煌。在一百年砥砺前行的历史进程中,中国共产党始终与广大人民群众同呼吸、共命运,为中华民族站起来、富起来、强起来,为世界和平发展和人类文明进步作出了伟大贡献。从理论层面来看,从十月革命一声炮响给我们送来了马克思列宁主义,到发展21世纪马克思主义,中国共产党在推动马克思主义中国化的同时,把中国经验马克思主义化,从而丰富和发展了马克思主义,并且使中国站到了发展21世纪马克思主义的前沿。从价值立场层面来看,中国共产党始终坚持人民主体地位、人民利益至上的价值取向,践行全心全意为人民服务的根本宗旨,赢得了广大人民群众的支持和拥护。从治理变革来看,中国共产党一直孜孜以求、坚持不懈地推动国企治理改革,充分发挥党组织在国有企业治理改革中的作用和功能,不断提升治理的效能。从政党文化来看,中国共产党在百年奋斗历程中确立了以马克思主义为指导思想的、先进的、科学的政党文化,为党执政的合法性、科学性、长期性提供了强大的精神保障。从组织建设来看,中国共产党在坚持政治为先中筑牢党支部建设的思想根基,在坚持组织创新中不断提升党支部的组织力,使每一个党支部都成为坚强的战斗“堡垒”。一百年的风雨兼程铸就了中国共产党的光辉历史。从多个角度考察中国共产党的发展历程,对于认识中国共产党为什么“能”,有着深刻的历史价值和现实意义。
The Communist Party of China,which has shouldered the historical mission of the Chinese national rejuvenation since its founding,has lifted Chinese people out of the miserable fate of being beaten,and led the people to more and more glory through arduous and tortuous struggles.For the one hundred years,the Party has been forging steadily,breathing the same breath,sharing the same future with the people.It has brought tremendous changes to China:the people have stood up,and become rich and strong.Chinese people have made great contribution to the peaceful development of the world and the progress of human civilization.In its theory,the Party has integrated China’s experience into Marxism,thus enriching and developing Marxism,and standing foremost in the development of Marxism in the 21th century,since the salvos of the October brought us Marxism and Leninism;in its values,the Party has been committed to the orientation that the people occupy the principal status and that the interest of the people comes before everything else.It has been putting into practice the fundamental principle of serving the people wholeheartedly.These have won the Party the universal support of the people;in its governance,the Party has been advancing with great perseverance the reform of state-owned enterprises,giving full play to party organizations in the governance of these enterprises,and constantly upgrading its capacity of governance;in its culture,the Party,in its hundred years of struggle,has succeeded in building its progressive and sound political party culture with Marxism as the guiding ideology.This has provided strong long-term ideological support to the Party as the legitimate ruling party;in its organization,the Party has built a strong ideological base for all party branches in its commitment to putting politics first.It keeps improving its organizational capacity while innovating its institutions,for which every party branch has become a staunch fortress.The history of the Party is a history of hardships.A view of the
