摘要
现有的地铁车体结构有限元模型建模方法和流程能够满足一般的设计校核工作,但随着产品设计指标的提升,对车体仿真精度的要求越来越高,文章基于地铁车体结构仿真与试验对标结果,对车体结构有限元模型优化方法进行了研究,最终得到了置信度高的仿真模型,提升了仿真精度。
The existing modeling methods and processes of finite element model of metro car body structure can meet the general design and verification work.However,with the improvement of product design indicators,the requirements for car body simulation accuracy become higher and higher.Based on the benchmarking results of metro car body structure simulation and test,the optimization method of finite element model of car body structure is researched in this article,and a simulation model with high confidence is finally obtained,which improves the simulation accuracy.
