摘要
桥式起重机属于比较常见的机械设备,它具有吊起、运输、装卸重物的功能,能够在工业化生产方面发挥不可替代的作用,桥式起重机的合理应用,有助于降低工业生产复杂性,保证工业生产顺利安全进行。然而在长时间、高频率的使用之后,受到负重过大等因素的影响,桥式起重机很容易发生运行故障,进而无法正常发挥作用,给工业生产带来一定的不便。因此有必要对车轮故障、开关故障、制动器故障等常见故障进行研究,并采取有针对性的措施进行处理和维修,确保桥式起重机能够顺利运行。
Bridge crane is a common mechanical equipment,which has the functions of lifting,transporting,loading and unloading heavy objects,and can play an irreplaceable role in industrial production.The reasonable application of bridge crane helps to reduce the complexity of industrial production and ensure the smooth and safe operation of industrial production.However,after long-time and high-frequency use,due to the influence of excessive load and other factors,bridge crane is prone to operation failure,which can not function normally,which brings some inconvenience to industrial production.Therefore,it is necessary to study the common faults such as wheel fault,switch fault and brake fault,and take targeted measures to deal with and maintain them to ensure the smooth operation of the bridge crane.
