摘要
针对某装配式建筑项目实际情况,从装配式清水混凝土预制框架柱生产与现场施工两个方面论述质量控制要点,对构件生产与施工中的各项难点问题,均提出相应的解决方案,并明确施工中需要注意的各项要点,旨在为类似装配式建筑项目的预制构件生产与施工提供可靠参考依据,保证施工质量,提高装配式建筑的整体施工水平。
In the light of the actual situation of a prefabricated building project,this paper discusses the key points of quality control from two aspects of prefabricated fair-faced concrete precast frame column production and on-site construction,and puts forward corresponding solutions to the difficult problems in component production and construction.The key points that need to be paid attention to in the construction are dealt with,in order to provide a reliable reference basis for the production and construction of precast components of similar prefabricated building projects,and ensure the construction quality.Improve the overall construction level of prefabricated buildings.
