摘要
公路交通在国民经济中具有举足轻重的地位,在公路规模化发展的初期,考虑到公路建设的经济成本等因素,造价较低的水泥稳定碎石材料在全国范围内公路路面基层中广泛运用。这种强度较高的基层材料不仅自身造价较低,还能够给予面层结构足够的支撑,使得面层结构可以采用相对较薄的形式,进一步节约了建造成本。然而,水泥稳定碎石类半刚性基层材料在服役过程中无可避免的发生收缩裂缝,进一步导致面层结构中产生“反射裂缝”。为提高材料的耐久性,本文对水泥稳定碎石材料进行早期微裂化处理,在材料表面形成分散均匀的微裂缝,释放材料自身收缩产生的应力,进而减少水泥稳定碎石材料由于自身收缩而产生长和宽的裂缝。试验结果表明:微裂化处理技术可以有效减少水泥稳定碎石的干缩裂缝,并且微裂程度危40%时效果最佳。
Highway traffic plays an important role in the national economy.During the initial stage of massive construction of highways,due to the economic factor and others.The low-cost cement stabilized macadam materials were widely used nationwide in highway pavement bases.This high-strength base material not only has the relatively price,but also can provide a strong support to the surface structure of pavement.The high-strength characteristic allows pavement could adopt a relatively thin form.These further saves construction costs.However,as a typical semi-rigid base material,cement stabilized macadam shrinkage cracking inevitably occurs in cement stabilized macadam during the service period,which further leads to the appearance of reflection cracks in the surface structure.In order to improve the durability of the material,this paper conducts micro-cracking treatment on cement stabilized macadam to form micro-cracks that is uniformly dispersed on the surface of the material.As a result,the stress generated by the material's shrinkage could be dissipated and limited,so that the long and wide cracking due to the material's shrinkage could be significantly reduced.The results show that the micro-cracking processing technology could effectively reduce the shrinkage cracking of cement stabilized macadam,and the effect reached the peak when the degree of micro-cracking treatment was 40%.
