摘要
塔式起重机主要用于现代工业和民用建筑领域,由于其各种优点,故在这些领域里发挥越来越大作用。起升机构是塔式起重机产品三大机构中不可缺少的主要关键部件,从塔式起重机起升机构部件工作级别角度入手来设计起升机构,通过对塔式起重机起升机构的电机、卷筒、制动、钢丝绳等主要部件的计算,得出合理的设计参数,使得塔式起重机起升机构选型计算更加简明快捷;同时对塔式起重机起升机构应用事项进行简述,对今后塔式起重机起升部件的正确应用起到保障作用。
Tower crane is mainly used in the field of modern industry and civil construction.Because of its various advantages,it plays an increasingly important role in these fields.The lifting mechanism is an indispensable key component in the three major mechanisms of tower crane products.The lifting mechanism is designed from the perspective of the working level of the lifting mechanism components of the tower crane.Through the calculation of the main components of the lifting mechanism of the tower crane,such as motor,drum,brake,wire rope and so on,the reasonable design parameters are obtained,It makes the selection and calculation of tower crane lifting mechanism more concise and fast.At the same time,the paper briefly describes the application of the lifting mechanism of the tower crane,which plays a guarantee role in the correct application of the lifting parts of the tower crane in the future.
